「行政書士」とは？

　行政書士（ぎょうせいしょし）とは、行政書士法に基づき、官公署（省庁、都道府県、市町村、警察署、保健所その他の行政機関等）に提出する書類及び権利義務・事実証明に関する書類の作成、提出手続きの代理、作成に伴う相談に応ずることなどを業とする日本国の国家資格者のことです。

　What is "Gyosei-shoshi lawyers" ?
　Gyosei-shoshi lawyers (certified administrative procedures specialists)
, also known as Immigration Lawyers and Administrative Solicitor, form
a legal profession in Japan. Based on the Administrative Solicitor Law,
one can acquire such a qualification through either the national examinations
or if one fulfilled certain specific criteria doing government work.

ビザ（在留資格）に関する各種申請書の入管への届出代行

　 ビザ（在留資格）に関する各種手続は、原則的に申請者ご本人様が入国管理局に出向き手続をしなけばなりません。
　但し、入管法の規則により、「弁護士又は行政書士で所属する弁護士会又は行政書士会を経由してその所在地を管轄する地方入国管理局長に届け出た者」には、その申請を取次ぐことが認められています。
　オレンジ行政書士事務所の代表行政書士は、上記手続を済ませ申請取次行政書士としての「届出済証」を所持しております。従いまして、お客様に入管に出向いて頂く必要なく、行政書士のみが出向き手続を行うことが出来ます。お仕事などでお忙しく時間に余裕のないお客様又は入管での手続がご心配なお客様はぜひご依頼ください。

　We can submit the written application to a Immigration bureau on behalf
of you.
　For the Visa application ,in principle, applicant himself/herself must
go to a immigration bureau and follow the necessary procedures.
　But based on the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Immigration Control
and Refugee Recognition Act, An attorney or administrative scrivener (gyosei-shoshi)
who has notified the director of the regional immigration bureau exercising
jurisdiction over the area where the bar association or administrative
scrivener’ association to which the attorney or administrative scrivener
belongs is located through the association is recognized to submit the
written application on behalf of the foreign national.
　Gyoseishosi-lawer of this office has the certificate.
Please leave this procedure to this office. In behalf of you, who are busy with your work or study, we will do it. You don’t need to go to a immigiration bureau.
